A rainy weekend in Englishtown, NJ was host to the HIN/NOPI car show this past weekend. At the shows end, car show participants were upset, and for a very good reason, because the NOPI-HIN staff tells them they will not be annoucing winners and they will just mail home the trophies. Really?!? With years of experience throwing events you figure this would not happen. Well the participants have spoken and the following videos says it all. Not a good start to a car show series when the country is craving quality events .....

Yikes. Those guys in blue came to our show last year, but this yr they went to Nopi instead. New Image cc, seem like alright guys from the ones I've met. We went to they're show 2 weeks ago, (just as spectators), to the one hes talkin about and it was pretty well rained out. Still had some pretty decent stuff though.

Thats just stupid on Nopi's part to do that to the crowd like that. They shoulda started a Riot lol. Thanks Justin, made my day!

Btw, serch "Nopi Sucks" on U tube and it brings up a few diff vids.

I looked on Nopis website and it says there that they did this when the storm blew up because the computers crashed or something.

I was there, the show was ok but nothing like HIN's of yrs past. DMP and idea where I can find coverage? I know you're usually good with that stuff. I rolled down saturday with Denis and the dually, and sunday I showed up around 2 for a couple hrs just to watch the drag racing lol




I'm pretty sure it was the cash prizes the ppl were mad about?
I believe there was something like $10,000 given away for numerous different winners in both show, race, club, drift etc.
